In Loving Memory

Weinbrandt
"Brandon"

A TRUE gentle giant, this imported Hanoverian stood at 19.2h.. From the moment Jay saw him, he knew Brandon would be his equine soulmate. They had such an amazing bond, always making sure to take care of one another when jumping. With his sweet kind eyes & stoic & wise demeanor, it was hard for anyone not to fall in love with such a kind hearted soul. Sadly Brandon was put to rest in 2008 due to a degenerative bone disease, but he will live forever in our hearts.

Maggie

The world's happiest dog!
Maggie really was the nicest cocker spaniel ever to walk the Earth! Always eager to say hello to everyone with a wiggle & a smile.  We will never forget this sweet little girl. Maggie was sadly put to rest summer 2008.

Dancing With Bear
 "Bear"

Bear came into our lives out of the blue. On a whim one day, Jay decided to go to the track to "just to look around." Ya, we all know how Jay "looks around!". Ahem, ahem with trailer in tow!! He wasn't suppose to buy a horse, much less a stallion. Jay was so excited he had finally found his jumper. I wasnt very happy but needless to say Bear grew on me. He was one of the nicest of stallions! So very easy to handle and a LOVE to be around. Of couse, Jay being Jay, decided to breed him, which I was against, to our Paint mare "A Run with a Skip". She had a handsome colt we named Entourage. But soon after breeding season, Bear began a long struggle with cellulitis. This was a very difficult journey. We tried every treatment available, but in the end God needed him more than us and Bear made the decision it was his time. His life lives on through his offspring and everyday we are thankful for the gift he left us, Entourage.
Rest In Peace Big Guy, We miss you.
